As the VP of Retail Operations, you will oversee the operations of our retail stores to ensure efficiency and profitability. Your strategic oversight will ensure optimal store performance, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations and manage regional retail managers.
- Develop and implement retail strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with the merchandising department to ensure store inventory meets customer demand.
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
