About This RoleBased in Malaysia, you will take charge of our first market and build a world-class team with full Pamp;L ownership. Reporting directly to the Founder amp; CEO, you will operate a fast-paced team that includes sales, customer support, marketing, and operations with a hands-on approach. Situated in Kuala Lumpur, where we also have our biggest shared service center, you will lead execution and operational cadence by example. You are expected to shape your own team and take full ownership of building one of Asia’s biggest consumer brands. To support you in this endeavor, headquarters will provide you with expertise on strategy, execution, finance, human resources, legal, production, supply chain, and marketing.You are a fit for this role, if you have:- 8+ years of progressive experience in tech, start-ups, or consumer companies, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Previous Pamp;L ownership, having taken responsibility for topline and Gamp;A.
- Empathic and analytical inter-cultural management skills, in line with our values.
- Managed a Sales or Marketing Team directly.
- Extensive experience partnering with senior stakeholders to resolve complex problems including vendor management.
- Create functional and scalable finance systems that grow at the pace of our business.
