Crisis Management Specialist

This role will work to support the APAC region to help prepare for and respond to any crisis management issues.

Responsibilities:

• Assist APAC Regional Head of Security to enhance crisis preparedness and manage emergency response in the APAC region.
• Lead the design, development, conduct and evaluation of Resilience and Crisis Management team training amp; exercising engagements in the region.
• Support regional risk identification activities.
• Provide support during real-time response activities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of physical security or risk management experience gained in a corporate environment.
• Experience in managing the response to significant disruptive events.
• Strong understanding of crisis management and incident response.
• Knowledge of industry standards for crisis management and business continuity and operational risk management (ISO 22301, BS11200, ISO31000).
• Ability to communicate and engage with non-security people to explain terminology in a non-technical way.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing and delivering presentations and training sessions.
