Reporting to the Human Resource manager, the Senior Human Resource executive will implement and support the company’s HR strategy, direct HR activities and ensure that the HR function contributes to the success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures that help promote a healthy and productive work environment;
- Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve our company’s recruitment practices;
- Liaise with existing employees and address their requests amp; grievances to ensure a safe and productive workplace;
- Lead and coordinate onboarding for new hires, process probationary feedback, and manage employee evaluations and terminations;
- Interview applicants about their experience, education amp; skills;
- Contact referees amp; perform background checks;
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits amp; conditions;
- Hire or refer qualified candidates;
- Conduct new employee orientation;
- Process paperwork;
- Plan amp; coordinate the workforce to the best use of employee talent;
- Resolve issues between management and employees;
- Oversee recruitment amp; hiring process;
- Direct disciplinary procedures
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resource or Business Management;
- Must have 4 years experience in a HR role;
- Good knowledge of labour legislation, particularly employee contract, leave amp; insurance and
- Experienced with full-cycle recruiting
