Position Purpose:
The role is to improve the performance and partner experience across entire partner lifetime journey from acquisition, onboarding, retention to nurturing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing a solid and trusting relationship with IB and affiliate partners in the Thailand market
- Responsible for acquiring quality partner in the market and onboarding that partner smoothly to our partner management system
- Responsible for complying partner tier policy whilst maintaining the partner acquisition performance
- Single point of contact for all partner business
- Handle complaints from partners in accordance with established internal policies and deliver compliance approved responses to partner when requested.
- Responsible for professional, sound, healthy communication, and relationship with partner
- Responsible for improving partner business in terms of trading volume, net fee revenue and active number of customers under partner in the market
- Responsible for proper partner business planning in quarterly basis and execute agreed strategy to grow market
- Work closely with trade marketing, IB product manager and local conversion/retention team to drive partner business growth
Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in sales/business development in forex/online trading/introducing broker is required
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai is required
