About this role

The Key Account Manager ensures key account satisfaction according to contractual commitment. He / She grows

Bolloré Logistics market shares and GM objectives.

What you will be doing

  • Act as Bolloré Logistics main entry point.
  • Consolidate and excel in providing customer intelligence (decision makers, influencers, volume potential, incumbents, industry challenges/opportunities, strategic expectation) and Bolloré Logistics performances.
  • Expand customer base from allocated key clients to contract manufacturers, potential shippers amp; consignees of key accounts.
  • Continuously drive growth for country’s allocated verticals through close collaboration with country GM Sales and Regional Vertical lead.

Set Goals

  • Develop Bolloré Logistics market share and profitability through customer’s operations in assigned country through network sales.
  • Drive and take ownership on customers growth journey with Bollore by constant performance/ business review and analyze on KPI amp; SOP with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement the sales strategics and action plan by providing holistic logistics solutions, including hybrid solutions.

Build action plan

  • Plan and monitor traction of Key clients with high sales awareness and business development through close collaboration with RAM
  • Plan monthly meetings to pilot growth and sales activities.
  • Define operational and pricing methodology and exercise authority over agencies to have them applied.
  • Lead direct actions with identified customer’s interlocutors.

Lead global tender

  • Work closely with country tender desk to remit our most competitive offer to regional tender desk
  • Design and present country tender to our customers with supporting BL functions and expertise.

Specific Activities

  • Carrying out any other request made by their manager.

Requirements

The successful candidate

Technical

  • Minimum of 3 years in key account management in air and or sea freight forwarding industry
