The Job:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the Paid Digital Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Brainstorm, develop, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels.
• Provide guidance to the team members in creating effective digital marketing campaigns from identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend to performance based on insights.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital marketing channels and customer touch points.
• Work alongside vendors for digital marketing campaigns or technology providers.
• Monitor, tweak and improve on existing Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Create guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure all operations within the team are carried out smoothly, efficiently, and effectively
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Consistently research on, innovate, plan and roll out SEO strategies such as on page optimization and off page optimization to improve on-site traffic.
• Collaborate/liaise with, educate, recommend, and provide consultation of Social/ SEM/ SEO strategies to company, ecosystem and partners.

Requirements

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any other field.
• Possess a Minimum 3 years of experience in leading the digital marketing team with a focus on paid advertising.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Passion for digital marketing and a hunger for staying ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Good command in English (Verbal amp; Written).
