What you can expect to work on:
- Collaborate with the design, merchandising, and marketing team, to understand customer preferences and market trends.
- Conduct thorough research on the latest trend on designs, materials, and technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Conceptualize and design unique and innovative collections that align with our brand identity and target audience.
- Develop detailed product specifications and design mock-ups for production.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure design feasibility and maintain product quality.
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Participate in prototype testing to ensure design integrity and functionality.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, materials, and technologies to stay innovative and relevant in the market.
Requirements
What do you need to suceed:
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Design, or related role.
- Proficiency in design and 3D softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender, or other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production limitations for different kind of products.
- Excellent creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to think critically, express opinions, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
