We are looking for a FinancialReporting Assistant Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Group Finance Manager in managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and review the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for consolidated reporting;
- Ensure financial reports comply with relevant accounting standards and Group policies;
- Oversee intercompany account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies;
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes to meet reporting timelines;
- Collaborate with the Group finance team on consolidation activities and data accuracy;
- Act as the key contact for internal and external audits to provide information and documentation;
- Monitor compliance with evolving accounting regulations and Group financial policies;
- Identify process improvements for enhanced efficiency in financial reporting; and
- Assist in special projects, system implementations, and process enhancement initiatives.
