We're seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to be part of our team of talented content marketeers, turning a range of topics and insights into well-researched and presented content.

Responsibilities
- Writing engaging blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and other forms of content related to HR, payroll, compliance, employee management, and AI tech
- Creating and updating website content, including landing pages, product pages, and FAQs
- Developing social media content, alongside your team, for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
- Collaborating with the sales and customer success teams to create case studies and testimonials showcasing the positive experiences of SEA customers
- Working closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Working closely with the SEO team to refine relevant content angles and terms used in content that will result in organic and paid growth
- Staying up-to-date with SEA employment laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to HR and payroll software - ensuring that content accurately reflects the latest legal standards and changes
- Championing the SEA region across the business and ensuring that all copy and imagery are relevant to our target audience
- Helping out with translating or crafting short copy in Bahasa Melayu that will engage our target audience.
Requirements
- Proven content writing experience in a marketing or media environment
- Experience of working in a team with a demonstrated ability to provide editorial support
- Excellent writing, editorial, grammar and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of SEA audiences, and be able to identify emerging content opportunities from the news cycle
- Confidently balance a localised tone of voice and the Employment Hero brand’s tone of voice
- The ideal candidate will have strong asynchronous communication skills, and will be able to confidently manage a flexible calendar to meet with team members across multiple time zones on a weekly basis (UK, SEA, ANZ)
- Confidence in interpreting data and insights, and using Excel and Google Analytics
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment (things can change quickly at Employment Hero!)
- Understanding of content funnels, public relations, social media or digital advertising experience a plus
- Experience with Marketo, Wordpress and Canva are a plus
- Fluency in Bahasa Melayu.
