We are looking for a Product Development amp; Marketing Manager for an Oil amp; Energy company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• To bring the products/ services from being a concept through to reaching the market (ideation,validation, prototyping, marketing, development, lauch, improvement).• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to have constant product/ service ideation andgeneration.• Perform extensive market research to identify the target market, competitor analysis, market potential,developments within the industry and work with internal stakeholders to develop any necessarybusiness case.• Develop products/ services based on market needs, leveraging the organisation’s unique capabilitiesand unique selling points.• Create and maintain a repository of the organisation’s product list and features, its marketing materialsand distribution channels.• Develop the market using strategic marketing platforms including managing the organisation’s onlinepresence and social media.• Create awareness and interest of the organisation’s brand, perform marketing activities andengagements with the goal to acquire and retain clients and customers, supporting business growth.
Requirements
Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Need to have a strong understanding of the business and industry, including market trends, emergingmarkets and competition landscape.
Result oriented individual, able to organise, plan, and manage execution of tasks to deliver withinspecified deadlines independently.
Able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of all levels including working with teamsacross various countries.
Online and social media marketing skills (either managing in-house and/ or using external expertise). Strong command of the English language, attention to detail and excellent visual communicator.Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
Diploma/ Degree holder. Minimum 10 years of working experience in related role. Knowledge and experience in the insurance and assistance industry is an added advantage.
