Business Analyst

Job Description
We are seeking for a Business Analyst based in Cyberjaya Malaysia, you will be dedicated to monitor the operations of the professional services business and help deliver profitable outcomes through their work in analysis, resource utilization and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will oversee the internal resource management and work alongside PMO team members and delivery Team leads to ensure all client work is scheduled and delivery billable work, internal work and required training scheduled in our PSA platform.
Aside from that, you will also provide transformation services leadership visibility into the issues with entry and data maintenance within our tooling systems and what action is required to address the issues, this could include and not limited project budget setup, role/billing rate setup, billing setup, document storage and more.
- Business analyst and continuous improvement - Involve in reviewing business processes, analyzing project outcomes, developing PowerBI dashboards, and identifying areas for improvement through trend analysis.
- Resource capacity, planning and scheduling - Involve in allocating resources for successful client engagements, monitoring resource utilization (Forecast in CRM) and demand, conducting weekly resource meetings, maintaining resource schedules, handling conflicts between projects and project managers and ensure timecard and project access compliance.
- New opportunity review amp; project setup - Involve in reviewing Forecast of Projects and place bookings for Commit Opportunities, Monitor Won and Commit Opportunities and ensuring all documentation is provided.
Requirements
- Degree or tertiary education in business administration or 3+ years’ experience in a business administration or PMO role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a systems integrator organization
- Great knowledge and experience in developing PowerBI dashboards
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills, Microsoft office software
- Experience in developing and implementing business processes.
- Experience in Analyzing data from CRM, PSA and accounting systems.
