We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing full sets of accounts in the Taiwan and Hong Kong markets. Your primary duties will include monitoring venue performance, maintaining fixed asset listings, reviewing prepayment/accruals JV, bank reconciliations, balance sheet items reconciliation, and various other accounting tasks.
Handle oversea full set of account in Taiwan amp; Hong Kong market
- To monitor venues’ performance
- To maintain Fixed Assets Listing
- To review prepayment/accruals JV
- To review bank reconciliation
- Balance sheet items reconciliation
- Landlord report reconciliation
- Calculation of management amp; marketing fees
- Assist in month-end closing
- Preparation of full set Monthly Management report
- Preparation for Actual vs Budget Pamp;L report to CM
- Send finalized report to landlord
- Preparation of cashflow actual amp; forecast
- Assist in audit amp; tax matters
- Ad-Hoc : Set up of new bank account amp; others
Requirements
- Degree holder would be an advantage
- 2+ years work experience in an Accounting or Finance related field
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Bookkeeping knowledge
- Previous experience in an online accounting software such as Xero is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure; able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to priorities tasks and be proactive
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good problem solving skills
- Immediately available preferred
- English and Chinese (Mandarin) literate
