We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Knowledgebase and Information Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our knowledge and information platforms (both internal and external), ensuring that our team members have access to accurate and up-to-date information. You will play a key role in helping us streamline our internal processes and deliver top-notch services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and maintain knowledge for GoGlobal internal and external use by bridging the gaps that exist between people, knowledge and technology. Close the loop in our knowledge life cycle by creating thoughtfully designed templates for knowledge collection, migrating collected knowledge to its designated location and collaborating with other teams in its retrieval and re-distribution.
- Contribute to building our culture of knowledge sharing and ensuring all employees have access to our knowledge, so as to help each other learn, be more productive, and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to assess content on its nature and accuracy, and designate where it belongs.
- Guide users on where and how to find accurate information.
- Support department heads in using content from the internal knowledgebase to develop onboarding, training, and ongoing Lamp;D materials.
- The work responsibilities will also include cataloging and classifying information to continually enhance and refine our organized knowledge system, ensuring seamless information flow to empower all employees to perform at their best.
- Other ad hoc projects/tasks as and when requested by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / certification in information science, business management, knowledge management or experience in a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience with content management systems (CMS) and/or online platforms for organizing knowledge.
- Strong organizational, administrative and technological skills.
- An aspiration to develop a fulfilling and engaging experience for all users (contributor and reader).
