• Provide Level 3 application maintenance and production support for critical applications.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of complex production issues to identify root cause and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Develop and implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to identify potential issues before they impact production.
• Perform code reviews and provide guidance on application design and best practices.
• Participate in incident and problem management activities, including analyzing recurring issues and developing preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain documentation of application systems, including technical specifications, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide on-call support and participate in a rotation schedule for 24/7 support.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application support processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Must have strong Java technical experience (intermediate level) + Unix + Banking industries.
• Can perform L3 Job.
• Technically strong candidate who experience within the Java application stack and experience within the banking sector (and is willing to work within an L3 role where we will rely on the primary product vendor for application fixes)
