The Job:

• Actively manage and explore ways to drive revenues for LoveSVG / TheHungryJpeg on-site and through external stores on competitor websites.
• Assist in expanding content of the products by using Midjourney.
• Assist in product upload and content preparation, including scheduling daily uploads and preparing newsletter/social media posts across all platforms as and when required.
• Recruit amp; maintain good relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators.
• Manage the monthly payments process to Contributors/Affiliates on a timely basis.
• Assist customers/contributors in resolving their requests for the first time with efficiency, accuracy, professionalism, and courtesy.
• Provide customer support to customers who have difficulties in accessing files as and when required.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and marketplaces, providing constructive suggestions and developments for improvements.

Requirements

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in related fields.
• Possess experience in affiliate management, influencer collaboration, and customer support.
• Familiarity with using Midjourney will be a plus.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player and possesses a can-do attitude.
• A strong problem solver and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
