Job Description

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service and a flair for sales support? We're on the lookout for talented individual to join our team as a Sales Support Executive, focusing on the vibrant market of Hong Kong.

The Job:

  • Client Communication:
    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Hong Kong, addressing inquiries, providing support and information on products and services.
    2, Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales Assistance:
    3. Collaborate with the sales team to create and manage sales orders amp; quotations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
    4. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations and other materials for client meetings.
    5. Follow up amp; share latest promotion with clients through phone calls and/or email correspondence.
  • Collaboration:
    6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    7. Collaborate with team members to provide support in achieving sales targets.
  • Data Management:
    8. Utilize CRM tools to maintain and update customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis.
    9. Maintain order records and update the sales database regularly.

Requirements

The Person:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support, sales administrative, customer service and/or other relevant role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Cantonese.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be tech-savvy.
  • Knowledge of the Hong Kong market is an added advantage.
