Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

Main Responsibilities
- Create EXCITEMENT in our product launches, workshops and events for our guests
- Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to customers and offering advice on colour, fit, style and silhouette to best suit their needs
- Promote key styles/new arrivals and bestselling products to drive sales and conversion in-store to achieve sales targets
- Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure all merchandize are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the sales floor
- Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
- Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take/stock count exercises.
- Cashiering duties managing the POS system to process payments, and process as any mall loyalty cards/vouchers
- To assist in processing and handling customer online returns/exchanges in-stores
- Establish rapport with potential and current customers to build strong regular customer base.
- Responsible for adhering to SOP for store maintenance, visual merchandising excellence, and housekeeping duties.
- Work with the store manager to drive sales performance

- A multitasker with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and some degree of OCD towards tidiness
- A dependable co-worker who can work independently and proactively

Hours
- Full-time: 45 hours per week, 5 days work week, morning and/or afternoon shifts/Fullshift
- All staff must be able to work on weekends/public holidays
Qualifications amp; Experience
- 1+ years of relevant work experience preferably in fashion/ retail company.
- No working experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply!
- Minimum SPM/ Diploma holder in Retail Management/Fashion or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in spoken/ written English and Malay/ Mandarin.
