We are seeking an energetic amp; vibrant team member to complement the current Operations Team in PRISM+ Malaysia, that will help lead new discoveries in Operational and Inventory management processes, while maintaining the highest standards in executions of their daily tasks. Candidate will also provide seamless communication between cross functional and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities of an Operations Analyst, but are not limited to:
- Inventory Management which includes; Monitoring amp; reconciling Inbound amp; Outbound movement of stocks across multiple third-party warehouses.
- Customs clearance facilitation to enable a seamless supply chain.
- Meticulous amp; diligent in updating Inventory on sales platforms (Shopify / Shopee / Lazada).
- Daily updating of outbound records within the internal systems .
- Scrutinize invoices from all warehouse partners, 3PL couriers amp; freight charges.
- Tracking of various Shipments incoming from multiple overseas locations.
- Liaison with Customs broker to work out any regulatory paperwork amp; corresponding payments (eg:SST payment , K1 Forms)).
- Facilitate on product testing amp; application of regulatory certifications (eg: SIRIM , Energy Efficiency ,ST-COA etc).

Requirements
- Preferably able to write (basic) amp; read Mandarin due to external stakeholders communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 1- 2 years’ experience in an Operations / Inventory / E-commerce field.
- Adept to multitask amp; track concurrent events, as well as prioritize amp; manage time efficiently.
- Detailed oriented with ability to analyze large amount of data via excel / other tools.
- Comfortable to commute daily to Bukit Jalil area (work location).
