Key Responsibilities:

Animation amp; Product Launches

  • Align the brand direction for each launch with the regional vision to ensure relevant visual merchandising outcomes that supports the marketing strategy.
  • To consolidate and submit forecasting of launch POSM on behalf of markets based on regional marketing priorities and budget.
  • Manage and plan the visual merchandising execution based on the diverse retail channels needs and limitations.
  • Update planogram for all channels and formats by working with product marketing on the long-term assortment plans and track cost spending with every launch.
  • Preparation of visuals for various formats utilizing brand guidelines and manage vendors in the process.
  • Preparation of comprehensive and clear launch fitting guide relevant for all markets to follow.
  • Consolidate launch reports from markets for submission to brand HQ.

Forecasting amp; Inventory Management

  • To manage long-term planning for planograms based on the product assortment plan to identify POSM needs and allocation between all markets in the region.
  • To consolidate and submit forecasting of generic and permanent POSM based on above, while validating warehouse stock levels to ensure accurate forecast.
  • Track status of orders and ensure timely delivery of POSMs to each market.
  • Work with logistics team to align allocation plans for markets and ensure healthy POSM stock levels.
  • Manage local production to fulfill market needs where necessary.
  • Upkeep, display, price and ensure products are sufficient and tip-top condition in store.
  • Upkeep and maintain store shelves by removing damaged and expiring stock.
  • Monitor store inventory based on sell-out and sell-in to ensure shelves are stocked with the right types and quantities of products, optimizing sales and profitability of bestsellers.

Market Support

  • Guide and support markets to ensure up-to-date and compliance of brand guidelines and visual merchandising strategy.
  • Compilation of market visit report to update HQ on competitor’s new launches, activities and promotion pricing.
  • Assist in solving of discrepancies and provide technical advice to maintenance needs and store upkeep

Requirements

  • Comes along with 1 to 2 years of experience working in fashion/accessories retail, product development and/or merchandising.
  • Creative eye for aesthetic design; overseeing production and managing the design process from concept through to final product (handbag and headscarves).
  • A firm grasp of market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Able to design headscarves artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Practical experience using Illustrator, Photoshop and other business software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Words).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese).
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter with good initiative, meticulous, multitasking and diligent.
