The Job:

• Research and identify solutions related to the software and hardware’s issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues such as account setup, network configuration, etc.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
• To administer and maintain the company's servers amp; IT infrastructure.
• Oversee and maintain the company's corporate services such as phone system, email, domain name etc.
• Perform troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and disaster recovery.
• Install and upgrade computer software and network equipment.
• Assist in Asset Management.

Requirements

The Person:

• Possesses at least Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Studies or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
• Have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Possesses hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
• Have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive and has a service-oriented attitude.
