Team Lead - Insurance Operations Role
- Lead and manage a team of insurance operations professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas of improvement or corrective actions.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues or complaints from clients.
- Manages and leads a team of insurance operations professionals.
- Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Provides guidance and support to team members.

- Conduct fact finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements.
- Deliver excellent service to all customers.
- Handle customers' queries and feedback.
- Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation and payment.
- Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purpose.
