Team Lead - Insurance Operations Role

• Lead and manage a team of insurance operations professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas of improvement or corrective actions.
• Manage and resolve escalated issues or complaints from clients.
• Manages and leads a team of insurance operations professionals.
• Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Develops and implements strategies to improve operational efficiency.

• Team Leading experience is must, should lead small team of 5-20 people
• Conduct fact finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements.
• Deliver excellent service to all customers.
• Handle customers' queries and feedback.
• Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation and payment.
• Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purpose.
