Job Description
Online payment processing and Data entry record keeping
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Cash Management
· Daily preparation in HSBCNet online payment request from MIP amp; MYS
· Petty Cash Reimbursement/Bank draft / Cash Cheque / prompt payment request from HQ
· Prepare FPX payment for custom duties for all MIP branches
· PV approval amp; Signatories Arrangement and ensure the relevant document filling up to date
Accounting
· Daily data entry of payment release from various bankers into SUN System and ensure MIP amp; MYS correctly posted
· Petty Cash reconciliations for the various branch with Sun
· Monitoring amp; reconciling daily cash usage report from Branches with document received on cheques issuance at branches performed amp; updated daily
