Senior HR Admin Executive (Malaysia)

Your role is to be a HR Generalist to help us achieve excellent people operations, and to assist in general administration. You shall work closely with senior management to develop and manage HR processes.

• Assist in the development and implementation of good HR processes.
• Support recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interview processes.
• Support effective employee onboarding and handle offboarding.
• Run and monitor our performance management systems (using HR software such as Lattice).
• Manage employee training and development programs.
• Assist in managing compensation and benefits.
• Assist in maintaining HR records.
• Monitor employee happiness.
• Handle employee disputes, if any.
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and employment laws.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to support HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist in other company administrative tasks as directed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a HR generalist or in a related role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen or Malaysian PR
