Your daily activities as UI/UX Designer will be:
- Develop UI/UX Designs: Create and refine UI/UX design concepts for digital products and platforms. Ensure designs effectively address user needs and enhance overall user experiences.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. Collaborate on design solutions that align with business objectives and maintain brand consistency.
- User Research and Testing: Utilize user research methods to gain insights into user behavior and preferences. Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
- Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual design language across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate with teams to enforce design standards and guidelines.
- Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts. Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Advocate for UX Best Practices: Champion the implementation of UX best practices and stay updated on industry trends. Educate cross-functional teams on the importance of user-centered design.
- Collaborate in Design Reviews: Actively participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating input from team members.
You are best for this role if you are/have:
- Excellent knowledge of working with UI/UX design tools
- Ability to demonstrate a portfolio
- Ability to work full time
- Experience with fintech will be an advantage
- English language skills
