HR Generalist
Streamline Studios, Malaysia

You will be reporting to the Head of HR, you will be working independently in handling all forms of communication and management in the department as well as working eectively alongside all internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating human resources and operations processes/policies improvement
• and initiatives to enhance the studio’s core
• Handling all maters related to managing and liaising with outsourced payroll providers
• Preparing and keeping all documentation (letter, agreement, etc) in a timely and ecient manner
• Overseeing a full spectrum of recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing talents
• Handling immigration-related maters for expatriate hires
• Managing and facilitating the expatriate hires relocation and temporary housing
• Handling the full employee life cycle which includes onboarding and onboarding
• Organizing, coordinating, and facilitating company events or activities
• Being in charge of oce opening and closing
• Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for maintenance
• Working with key stakeholders across the business division to ensure that employee relations are upkept, and all employee initiatives are handled eciently and eectively
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, HR, related field.
• 6-7 years of experience as HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practices in Malaysia (According to the Malaysia Employment Act)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
