Job Description
As a Cleaner at Eastern amp; Oriental Express, A Belmond Train you are part of a team that provides exceptional housekeeping services to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest areas and cabins aboard the luxury train are well maintained, carrying out back of house duties as well as completing all service preparation in a timely fashion. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining cleanliness in respect of customers and staff as per company’s standards (SOP).
- Assisting and help the Butlers in sleeping carriage(s) during peak-hours.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the common areas of sleeping and public carriages.
- Assist with the load/unload luggage on/off train.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Hospitality experience advantageous, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations.
- Ability to follow instructions amp; work independently when required.
