We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Service Planner, also known as Admin Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities will be to plan customer’s service appointment, assigned and coordinate with serve team to create optimal service schedule.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, contractual bonus and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • To do entry for sales in iCABS (new, additional, deletion, termination, reduction)
  • To do amendment in iCABS as instructed by NKAM/NKASE
  • To update iCABS as requested by NKAM/NKASE (contact details amp; email for myRentokil amp; myInitial, PO)
  • Process CN, DN and suspension
  • To keep track on continuous job
  • Key in and update the sales data in the system
  • Maintain and make the sales data accurately
  • Ad hoc job as required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any field
  • Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
  • Has a valid driving licence amp; own transport for daily commute to workplace
  • Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
  • Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details
  • Ability to priorities tasks with effective time management
  • Able to handle timelines without affecting quality of work
  • Customer-oriented amp; result-driven
  • Employment of foreigners are subject to the local authorities approval and subject to their own visa application

Highly Desirable:

  • Excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills
  • Ability to do multitasking job
  • Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
