We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager for our fast-growing Product team. The ideal candidate would have experience developing and launching SME lending products in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have a deep passion for user experience and experience building for viral take up! You’re comfortable managing through influence, and are energised by cross-functional environments.
Requirements
What will you do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Assess business requirements and generate new ideas that fill product gaps, grow market share and drive growth.
- Translate product enhancements and strategy into detailed requirements and roadmaps.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ongoing optimisation and be accountable for it’s success.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, other product managers, business teams, and the leadership team to drive alignment and deliver on your roadmap
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on project updates, success metrics, and risks if any
- Analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions for product enhancements and iterations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation around PRDs, reports, methodologies, etc. in a timely manner.
What we are looking for:
- At least 4+ year’s experience in product management
- MS/BS degree in computer science, math’s or engineering preferred
- Proven track record of developing and launching new tech products and managing the end to end technical product lifecycle
- A background in the lending fintech sector or a related industry would be advantageous.
