Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, IT, or related)
- 3–5 years relevant experience in software/data/CRM solutions
- Experience with Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
