What you’ll be doing
- Analyze client requirements and design technical solutions
- Conduct product demos and showcase solution value
- Support pre-sales activities and answer technical queries
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve solutions
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Computer Science, IT, or related)
- 3–5 years relevant experience in software/data/CRM solutions
- Experience with Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
