Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle a full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and fixed assets.
· Handle group console.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
· Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
· Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities when required.
· Support management reporting and provide financial insights for decision-making.
· Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all accounting records.
· Assist in process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
· Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
· Experience in the manufacturing and property industries is preferred.
· Knowledge of consolidation and experience in tax consultancy is an added advantage.
· Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar).
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good time management.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
