Field Program Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Supply chain management: identification, development, and management of OEM’s localized material suppliers;
2. Cross-functional support: with product development and operations teams.
3. Build Support. on site management of assembly and SMT manufacturing partners to manage the development builds, risk mitigation and ramp up.
4. On time delivery: schedule, capacity and supply planning to meet production demand.
5. Quality Control: work with OEM to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
6. Risk Mitigation: evaluation of technical and business risks using data based analysis and developing sound risk mitigation alternatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electronic or business scope
2. Program Management experience: the ability to manage all of the tasks and personnel resources required for this role
3. Around 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
4. Experienced in SlT and assembly process for electronic products, manufacturing system and quality control points
5. Familiar with the production process and quality standards of electronic and structural parts.
6. Experienced in solder paste characteristic, steel mesh opening scheme, reflow oven profile setting and auxiliary fixture scheme making.
7. Experienced in lS09001 quality management system, with audit experience.
8. Have knowledge and experience in program management and have PMP certification
9. Professional proficient in Malay, English and Chinese.
