Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to introduce company products and services
Follow up with existing and potential clients to maintain strong relationships and close sales
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions accordingly
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility requirements clearly and professionally
Collect, verify, and organize customer documents required for processing
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application and approval processes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
