What You’ll Do

Engage with customers to understand their needs, goals, and concerns
Provide clear, thoughtful guidance and support throughout their journey
Work closely with internal teams to deliver smooth and positive experiences
Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Participate in structured training and mentorship to build long-term career skills

Requirements & Skills

Requirements

Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Minimum SPM with 5 passes (including Bahasa Malaysia)
Minimum age: 21 years old
Customer service, sales or insurance background is preferable, but not mandatory
Proficient in Mandarin speaking is a plus.
Good communication skills — clear, confident, and professional
Comfortable with basic digital tools (messaging, CRM systems, apps)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
