What you’ll be doing
Company: Our client specializes in marketing wellness, antiaging, skincare and body shaping products.
Key responsibilities:

- Reception duties and handling incoming calls
- Customer order fulfillment and point-of-sale order processing; ensure transaction accuracy
- Attend to customer requests, enquiries, service matters, and handle feedback/complaints
- Support company events and training-related activities
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What we’re looking for
Must-have:
Preferred:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Fluent Mandarin
- Basic English
- Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Able to work overtime or on public holidays when required
- Available to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur; current working days TueSat, 10:0019:00 (Morning shift)
Preferred:
- Experience in beauty-related industry (cosmetics, skincare, slimming)
- SPM or Diploma
