What you’ll be doing
Most Malaysian families have no will. When someone passes away without one, their family can wait months or years for the estate to be released.
We're a Penang team under a licensed life insurance agency, and we help families put a will and an estate plan in place. We're looking for people who want to learn this skill and build their own income from it.

Please note: This is a commission-based role with a licensed insurance agency, not a fixed salary. You'll need to pass the industry licensing exam before advising on insurance, and we help you prepare for it.

What you'll do
- Explain will-writing to families and write wills using our partner platform
- Help clients check that their family is financially protected (life & medical)
- Follow up with your own clients
What you get
- Free start-up training: will writing, estate planning, and licensing exam preparation (PCIL; TBE for takaful)

- New consultant monthly bonus up to RM3,000/month (based on monthly target)

What we’re looking for
- Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese
- Comfortable talking to people and explaining things simply
- Self-motivated and able to follow up with clients
- Sales, banking, property, customer service or teaching background is a plus, not a must
