Your responsibilities:
Review actual monthly business performance, drive monthly estimates, quarterly forecasts, annual targets and long term strategy financials
Work closely with stakeholders on action plans, KPIs, opportunities and risks to meet financial targets and diligent follow-ups on action plans/ tracking KPIs. Opportunity to work closely with top level management by providing critical commercial input for decision makings
Produce timely and appropriate analysis/insights on revenue performance by products, regions and segments
Perform financial evaluation of commercial launches, product profitability and business cases
Ability to link cost to revenue – how best to optimize resources (incentive and subsidy) to drive revenue growth
Drive business process improvement across the organization – identifying opportunities, risks and monitor progress of process improvements
