Job Description

This role sits within the Digital Partnerships team, job scope is focused on execution of marketing initiatives for specific customer segments.

Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)

Responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns. This involves understanding on the products & services in Digi, and the opportunity to engage with the right target audience / communities. Ability to reach out to target audience through relevant and effective communications channels to drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately increase user acquisition and usage.

Involvement in discussions with local and global partners for marketing / campaign opportunities. These opportunities should be reviewed and agreed for execution with clear goals and measures for success.

Sound knowledge of conversion funnels, with an end to end view from digital marketing channels to user activations of digital services, seek to identify gaps and improvements in customer journey.

Track campaign performance and report on effectiveness and results. Based on campaign insights, able to provide recommendations for improvements.

Knows how to leverage on data insights to shape understanding of market opportunities, customer’s digital habits, and the use of effective communication channels / platforms.

Job Specification

Your Merits: (these are must haves in terms of qualifications & experience & specific technical /professionals skills that you want from the applicant)

2-5 years of experience in a product or marketing role in a company with digital/online presence.

Relevant and wide network of contacts in the Internet industry that you can reach out to, to start sourcing for new business opportunities, will be an added advantage
