Region Optimization, managing network quality and optimization

Your Responsibilities:
You will strive for DiGi’s network to be always ahead of the other cellular operator in the country
You will be responsible in region’s network quality and optimization in both 2G, 3G and 4G to meet the coverage, capacity and quality objective and timeline
You will be responsible in network coverage, capacity and quality analysis and solution.
You will be responsible to develop detailed network test methodology to support excellent customer experience.
You will be responsible for post expansion performance monitoring and optimization.
You will be responsible in developing documentation and reporting.
You will be responsible in new RAN network elements testing.
You will be participating and leading the RAN stream during sourcing processes
Job Specification
Your Merits:
Engineering degree with honors from internationally recognized universities
5 years (minimum) experience in telecommunication industry with good understanding in GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE technologies
Strong knowledge on RAN optimization, radio access planning techniques, radio network design and GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE product & features
Experience in leading/participating in GSM/WCDMA/LTE radio network optimization projects and network deployment initiatives.
Knowledge in collecting radio network measurements, perform analysis and provide solutions based on drive test tools TEMS Investigation and NEMO Outdoor
Good project management skills and willingness to excel and deliver expectations on time.
Knowledge in Microsoft excel and access programming is advantage.
Possesses Digi’s expectation of being committed, open-minded, respectful, dynamic, different, daring, simplicity, and excellence.
Knowledge on ZTE product will be added advantage.
