Responsible for developing and leading the execution of Retail strategies with cross function stakeholders, driving productivity while optimizing resources, develop and maintain Retail P&L with the objective of making Digi Retail the most efficient and effective way in acquiring and delivering world class experience.
The role focuses on the overall strategy of the Retail Business Unit with a strong attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)
To plan and lead the execution of Retail strategy and business projects with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and customer experience
To review and monitor on operational and performance KPIs on retail stores and plan on retail programs to drive store and frontline productivity in conjunction with new product launches and key focus areas
Review on stores location on yearly basis for tenancy renewal with support of store P&L to ensure we are in the right location /community in serving our customers base
Drive efficiency in the store by focusing on high value transaction and simplifying processes through framework, guideline, policy and system enhancement for retail stores
Be part of the project team to contribute ideas, setting requirement that are relevant to retail stores
To plan, lead, collaborate with products team, solution partners with go to market strategy for instore partners’ collaboration/marketing campaign in driving customer experience and increase traffic and walk in to stores
Develop a commission structure with support of concept and simulation to reward frontline and continuously analyse and improve the frontline reward in driving performance culture
Working closely with Retail Development team to determine the tools / technology required to gain retail insights

Bachelor's Degree in any field
5 years’ experience in Channel Development, Consulting or Business Planning or Retail
Demonstrates strong business acumen and strategic skills
Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and handle a stretching, diverse workload
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to effectively present information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
