Position Summary
1. Maximize orders by carrying out proposals and negotiations through vertical market sensing.
2. Create added values by proposing products and solutions that meet the customer needs.
3. Build long-term strategic relations through continuous development of cooperative business models with customers - developers, contractors and etc..
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Market sensing] Analyze the market and carry out market sensing by reading business trends and conducting personalized sales activities on the key men(understanding the key men's preferences, hobbies, concerns, family, etc.).
2. [Proposal and negotiation] Prepare for the proposals and negotiations by identifying sales opportunities related to the customers or spotting issues(with budget, timing, purchase method, decision making, etc.).
3. [Contract fulfillment and customer management] Perform supply management, maintenance, and customer management.
4. [Customer visit] Maximize sales by consistently visiting the customer for sales activities.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
