Job Description
Job profile:
This is your opportunity to join a global company, to lead the Warehouse Team and to ensure the warehouse activities are in continuous compliance with customers, regulatory and Hempel Group requirements.
Key responsibilities:
To be fully responsible for both receiving and store operations as well as ensuring proper housekeeping and integrity of stock inventory.
To co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth in receiving and delivery.
To handle Performance management of workers.
To handle and maintain an efficient distribution system to ensure on time delivers.
To ensure finished goods are stored at designated area without causing damages or contamination.
To coordinate finished goods loading activities into the container or other delivery mode to meet the shipment schedule.
To monitor finished goods loading activities, ensuring the right quantity, size, lot number and good condition.
To distribute and assign task to subordinates according to priority given.
Any other tasks that may be assigned by the superior.
Job Specification
Qualifications and skills:
At least 2 year(s) of supervisor experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives specializing in Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Possess leadership, independent and mature
Able to drive forklift and has a certification
Fluency in written and spoken Malay and English
Microsoft package knowledge,
Analytical skills and problem solving oriented
Self-motivated and focused on details and results with attitude towards changes
Flexibility and resilience in case of difficult situations and time constraints
