Job Description

Looking for highly motivated, strong analytical skill and dynamic personnel to develops strategies for reaching customers and generating sales leads. As a sales planner, your will be responsible to perform research, identifying sales trends, preparing proposals, and creating and delivering presentations and work together with Key Account/ Partner Management for business collaboration with strategic key retailers for all the initiatives to drive sales. You will be an expert in Digi for Organised Trade Sales Planning, you will be working in a fast-moving, innovative environment and work with our business partner on Digi products & services to strategic retailers.


You will work in a flexible and high-performance environment. We need our expert in Organised Trade to be versatile, display leadership qualities and able to identify gaps. Be excited to solve and tackle new problems as we continue to push execution team to challenge beyond limit.

You will also work closely with the internal team to increase partnership and sales opportunities for the product that you are working on and thereby maximising value for the company. You work with good attitude, independently and collaboratively in your areas, and will interface with members across the organization.

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

To strategies the program to support to achieve the sales target.

To set parameters together with head of key account management for each partners and ensure achievements of sales

Initiate & work with product & CRM for offering and support of Consumer Sales Campaign on reloads & GA

Craft & implement tactical programs or front liner sales challenge for selected partners focusing on sim acquisition

Monitor closely on the program in order ROI is achieved

Job Specification

Your Merits:

Degree/Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and distribution in Telecom/FMCG industry, vast experience in managing complexity of distribution , strong knowledge of product marketing

10 years of experience in sales and distribution in Telecom/FMCG industry, vast experience in managing complexity of distribution , strong knowledge of product marketing

Good communication skills, aggressive, dynamic and result-oriented
