We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our Supply Chain Sustainability team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall sustainable supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

You will plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy

You will look at integrating sustainability into Digi's procurement policy and strategy

You will collaborate and work closely with Finance, Compliance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Customer Service teams and our business partners to determine best vendors and distributors

You will determine key supply chain KPIs

You will review and suggest solutions for process improvements

You will assess and identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner

You will train and evaluate our Supply Chain Sustainability officers, Procurement Officers and our business partners

You are expected to provide constructive feedback as and when it is needed to respective stakeholders

At all times you are required to build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Your Merits & Character:

At least 5 years experience as a Supply Chain Manager

Knowledgeable and experienced in the implementation of ISO20400:2017 Management Systems in a large organisation

Hands-on with managing sustainable supply chain management, injecting ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) into the entire end-to-end supply chain management

Strong ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Digi's success

A critical thinker and creative problem-solving ability

A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Great sense of urgency and in time management

A degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or relevant field
