Your Responsibilities:
Provide insights and business metrics on OPEX/business performance leading to business plan, business modelling, ambition setting (target and forecasting) and diligently following up on action plans to meet sales and OPEX performance target
Deliver business performance review and management requests to internal and external stakeholders, include senior management and group counterpart
Work closely with all other divisions, particularly finance business planning, accounting and strategy transformation team to provide performance insights and development in various performance and business controlling processes
Understand market trends, competition and suggest areas of optimization / improvements, driving optimization initiatives and performance improvement upon cost optimization
Coach, mentor, grow and engage team members to maximize their performance and potential. Encourage and support career development plans for staff. Conduct regular meetings with teams to close gaps, resolve conflict and enhance team cooperation.
Your merits:
More than 10 years' experience in business planning, performance management, strategy and business controlling
Telco experience preferred
Recognized degree in commerce, Finance, statistic or equivalent
Able to demonstrate strong knowledge in commercial with good grasp on performance management framework, writing and presentation
Analytical with good business/commercial acumen
English proficiency and good communication/stakeholders management skills
