The Industrial & Indirect Account, Sales head is responsible for the definition of the sale and business development strategy ensuring the market coverage focusing on nominated accounts. He/She is doing this by maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned new panel builder and Industrial partners throughout Malaysia and in specific verticals markets. He/She is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
He/She represents the entire Electrical Components product range.
Job responsibility
Drives the development and implementation of panel builder and Industrial partners strategy in coordination with the SI EP BU Head and in order to expand business with panel builder and industrial partners.
He/She must has the ability to lead a team of sales specialists covering the assigned customer base and acquiring new potential customers throughout the territory.
Plans sales volumes and potentials of target customers.
Develop local action plan with panel builder and Industrial partners in defined regions
Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
Analyses panel builder and Industrial partners market, develops strategies, system positioning requirements, investigates and evaluates specific business opportunities for the product represented in the market covered.
Supports panel builder and Industrial partners customers directly and/or indirectly in cost-/benefits analyses and calculations in order to demonstrate specific advantages of using Siemens products and systems.
Prepares and negotiates proposals in cooperation with other involved professionals and management.
Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
Supports the development of strategic frameworks for partners by preparing List pricing, Discount Structures, Incentive Schemes, Return Policies, Stock Proposals
Develop and propose Sales budgets for the existing and new business affiliates
Develop local action plan to promote Electrical Component products in the covered customer base
Drives the Implementation of regional specific partner business plan to reach business goals
Responsible for panel builder and industrial partner product specific technical business development (BU Technical sales) and product marketing.
Accountability and performance measures
Achieve assigned sales quota via designated partner accounts for the covered panel builder and Industrial partners regional area.
Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
Completes partner account plans that meet company standards.
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
