The GBS HR OPERATIONS (Shared Service) Front Office Lead is fully accountable for managing the operation in the respective GBS HR OPERATIONS Front Office in the South Asian Cluster (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia Vietnam and Philippines) and takes responsibility for the delivery of high-quality services, to supported business locations and clients and against agreed performance targets across all Service Lines (Integrated Talent, Employee Lifecycle, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Global Mobility, Learning & Development, People Analytics and HRIS). As part of the regional GBS HR OPERATIONS organization, the Front Office Lead contributes to the global / regional and local roadmap and deliverables and reporting to HR Delivery Lead.
Contributing to the implementation of the GBS HR Operations strategy and running GBS HR Operations Front Office operations in the country, delivering services according to signed-off Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), agreed KPIs and quality targets.
Monitoring and reviewing agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction set with the delivery teams.
Planning, developing and implementing a strategic roadmap in line with GBS HR Operations business strategy (e.g. plan the development of the operations and further refining the operating model, organizational structure and governance model, seek opportunities to expand the offering in line with the business strategy).
Ensuring all GBS HR Operations processes incorporate appropriate control mechanism, including 4-eye-check / SOX checks, data protection and compliance tasks, robust framework to enable compliance with all country legal and regulatory requirements, driving and representing GBS HR operations in any internal / external HR Audits, financial management including budgeting and forecasting and cost management.
People Management like Defining and driving strategy of the GBS HR Operations and leading with example all administrative tasks are accomplished according to internal policies and legal requirements, encouraging open discussion of development needs for the team or individuals.
Operation and Continuous improvement like supporting processes to standardize within GBS HR Operations and between the GBS / HR functions in order to shape shared service, continuously analyzing operational performance, address issues across the teams and implement a culture of continuous improvements and implementing Lean approaches to deliver efficiencies through standard processes and synergies.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration like establishing and maintaining close interaction, communication and two-way feedback, collaborating and interacting with all GBS / GBS HR Operations and HR stakeholders.
Collaborating with Regional GBS HR Operations Lead, other GBS HR Teams in order to further strengthen and develop the strategy, develop further efficiencies and ensure consistency of management approaches.

Experience in HR or Shared Services Operations (in-sourced or outsourced) with hands on experience in managing teams of 5-10 employees.
Sound Operations and Project management experience.
Lean Sigma / Six Sigma quality and process improvement experiences preferred; Strong analytical approach to problem solving, high degree of proactive behavior and result orientation.
High degree of client orientation and service mind-set.
High degree of structure and self-organization, deadline focused.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relations across various teams / countries / cultures.
Fluency in English language (oral and written).
