You will drive the sales of “system drives in Asia Pacific region”, performance of Motion Business area in Kuala Lumpur; Malaysia. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and coach the sales teams to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
Developing, planning and ensuring execution of system drives sales strategy in allocated region.
Leading, developing and coaching sales organization in allocated region to exceed sales targets.
Developing sustainable customer base for continuous demand creation of System Drives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers of existing and potential customers in allocated region.
Supporting the area Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and providing technical support, product presentations and product/solution/service-related training.
Taking ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution and analyzing the root cause of any lost proposals, to increase future competitiveness.
Performing sales performance reviews, proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls and providing regular sales activity reports to assist in production planning.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Sales experience of MV drives or MV+LV drives, or product management.
Able to lead/manage a virtual cross-country pursuit team.
Strong sense of collaboration.
Experience to manage key accounts/consultant is a plus.
Experience to develop system drive channels is a plus.
Experience in business development, account management and cross-selling across systems, solutions, products and service categories.
Understanding of contract negotiation, risk management and commercial and legal terms.
Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
