Job Description

Partners in Performance is a global management consulting firm with a focus on human performance and working alongside client partners to make change happen. We’ve got offices in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, Africa, North and South America, the Middle East, Russia and the UK and Europe but prefer to spend as little time in them as possible. Instead, we work closely with our clients to deliver the big, rapid, sustainable results you hardly ever achieve by sitting in a boardroom. 

As a PIPer, you will be using data to identify insights and working directly with the client assisting them to implement these recommendations.
You will be forming root cause analyses to resolve day to day challenges and working with the client to drive behavioural change from the shop floor to C-suite.
To be a successful PIPer, you will be confident in presenting to and coaching our client stakeholders. Also, you’ll enjoy analysing/interpreting complex data and would have achieved a minimum of ‘distinction average’ in your academics, before moving into a career role that you’ve held for at least 3 years.

At PIP you will learn the traditional management consulting toolkit plus the PIP business transformation methodologies; you will learn to coach and develop people; and you will participate in a wide range of formal and informal training opportunities.  You will gain all the skills you need to position yourself for a future leadership position.
Associate experience & key competencies:
·         Excellent problem-solving skills, especially quantitative analysis using, and close attention to detail
·         Demonstrated passion for results, with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure
·         Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence and build trust with peers and operations managers, with little supervision
·         Excellent communication skills, including ability to respond clearly to hard questions under pressure, and to prepare visual materials to assist in communicating insights, with little supervision
