We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Branch Support Service Assistant (Service Scheduler / Planner) to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. Your responsibilities will be to plan customer’s service appointment, assigned and coordinate with serve team to create optimal service schedule.

To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive base salary, contractual bonus and career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Plan customers’ service appointment and coordinate with service team to create optimal schedule
  • Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up with service team to ensure no service backlogs
  • Analyse service team capacity data for service schedule improvement
  • Compile service reports and invoice to customer upon request

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Experience in capacity analyses and service schedule will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone
  • Good planning and organisational skills with attention to details
  • Ability to prioritise tasks with effective time management
  • Able to handle timelines without affecting quality of work
  • Customer oriented
  • Results driven
